Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics
- Completed Track Master / Plate Layer course with experiential training
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with PDP
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Process Worker
Key Responsibilities (KPAs)
Quality Control and Technical Services
- Inspect, maintain, and repair railway tracks
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
- Identify defects and implement corrective actions
Staff Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams
- Monitor staff productivity and performance
- Provide guidance and on-site training
Safety of Personnel
- Enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure all personnel operate within safety standards
