Responsibilities
The Plennegy Research General Worker Job will assist in the day-to-day operations of plant research and seed production, including the following key duties:
- Preparing and maintaining plant cultivation areas.
- Managing seed sowing, seedling care, and transplanting.
- Performing emasculation, pollination, and crossing as directed by the breeder.
- Conducting harvesting, seed extraction, washing, drying, and processing.
- Counting, packaging, and labelling seeds accurately.
