Job Overview For MS Security Guard Vacancies
MS Security Group is hiring Security Guards for onboard cruise ship positions. This role is vital in ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and property. Candidates from military, police, or private security backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

- Military, police, or private security background.

- Excellent physical fitness and health (PEME compliant).
- Team player with great communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
Essential Qualifications
- MS Pre-embarkation SOP Training.
- Basic STCW Training (A-VI/1-1,2,3,4).
- Seaman’s Book / Provisional Seaman Book.
- Crowd & Crisis Management and Human Behavior (STCW A-V/2).
- Designated Security Duties (STCW A-VI/6-2) or Ship Security Officer (STCW A-VI/5).
- CVSSA & NFPS.
- Clean criminal record.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Ship Security Plan.
- Monitor ship access points & verify IDs.
- Conduct patrols of public, crew, and restricted areas.
- Maintain visible security presence onboard.
- Safeguard passengers, crew, and ship property.
- Stay alert & vigilant according to shift schedules.
- Respond quickly to emergencies or security breaches.
