AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Long Term Insurance Learnerships 2025. These 12-month programmes offer theoretical and practical training in the financial services sector, leading to an accredited NQF Level 4 qualification worth 140 credits.
The learnerships are available in multiple regions across Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga, giving applicants from different communities a chance to gain valuable industry experience and skills.
Programme Overview
The AVBOB Long Term Insurance Learnerships 2025 aim to develop future insurance professionals through structured learning and workplace exposure. Learners will complete classroom-based training with an accredited provider and gain hands-on experience at AVBOB branches.
Each learner receives a monthly stipend during the 12-month training period.
